yes. as far as we know, this is caused by evo2 which produces 3.0 vcards
and the phones which only understand 2.1

i have written a vcard converter that takes care of this, but it is only
included in opensync. backporting this thing might be not too easy. so i
think your best bet for this problem is to wait for the release of
opensync.
