Nokia and Palm Issues

Hi

I am just getting into Mulitsync and have experienced some problems.
Hope I am not going over old ground but;

When I synched my Palm T3 with Evo2, Multisync reset the Palm and
removed all my data!  (I have a backup).  It now moves phone entries on
the Palm correctly to Evo but the Evo entries are not transferred to the
Palm.  I suspect this is a field matching issue but cannot find where
the field matching is managed.  Can anyone advise me?  Has anyone else
experienced this?

I have an Ericsson T610 which I will shortly start playing wth (as soon
as I can get the **** IR  to work) and also a Nokia 9210.  Has anyone
tried to sych a Nokia 9210?  Is anyone looking at this?
