The only combo I have been able to make work is Open Zaurus 3.5.x to 
Multisync .82 to Evolution 1.4.6.x. This has worked for close to a year 
now. The drawback is the old Evolution is beginning to create some 
compatibility problems.

Does anyone know of a roadmap somewhere. This is limited by at least 
three dependencies and non of them are mainstream.
