The problem is that a vevent without any timezone information is 
actually valid. It is then assumed that these events are in the gmt 
timezone, so i cant just reject them...
I dont know what would happen if we start converting timezones. Lets 
assume that i am in the gmt+1 timezone right now and i enter a event in 
the gmt zone for 18:00 gmt time. how should it be displayed? 18:00 
(which would be the local time of the event) or 19:00 (which would be 
the time in the gmt+1 zone)?
