The timezone problem is a known one, but there's no other workaround at 
the moment since Sunbird itself does not support timezones yet. I will 
try to support timezones correctly when I port the Sunbird plugin to 
Opensync (it will probably be named ICS plugin then and have "official" 
support for multiple applications, including KOrganizer).

I have experienced problems with deletions independent of the Sunbird 
plugin. I suspect this might be a problem of the Multisync engine 
itself. Also see this message:
