GroupDAV plugin

As mentioned on the dev-list, i wrote a groupdav plugin.

Some debugging sessions later, it's still some work to do, i think it's
worth a try. You can find the latest version here:

Why? I wanted to sync the calendar _and_ the phonebook of my cellphone
with _one_ database on my server. 

Supported Servers: 

- The well known  OpenGroupware.org. A full featured groupware solution.
  http://www.opengroupware.org/

- Citadel. A fast fine "Groupware/ Online discussion forum / chat /BBS" 
  http://www.citadel.org

- In theory: Every WEBDAV compliant webserver. Apache e.g.

So if you use one of these servers, or searched such a solution, give
it a try.

PS: Forgot to mention: Kontact can(tried), evolution should be able  
    to(not tried) connect to both servers.
