It's a CommunigatePro server.  

I can wget http://user:pass@server/CalendarData/Calendar without a problem.  I 
also have used webDAV as a protocol with CGP before but I really don't know 
how compliant it is to webDAV -- I was hoping this was going to work.  From 
the error I think it might be the server side...
