Restore Backup taken on Nokia 6600

Hi

I've succeeded in taking the Contacts and Calendar backup using multisync
of my nokia 6600. I need to format the system and before that I need to
make sure that I'd be able to restore the backup. I've been trying with
the options but am not succeeding. Can anybody give me any pointers on how
to restore the backup?
