Hi

Thanks for a great community and excellent code!
I have a problem getting the multisync plugin irmc to communicate with my T630.

1) Using fc3 rpm install of multisync-irmc-0.82-2.i386.rpm is not successful
due to:
---
error: Failed dependencies:
         libopenobex-1.0.so.0 is needed by multisync-irmc-0.82-2.i386
---
even if openobex-1.0.1-1.1.fc3.rf installed, providing
------
rpm -ql openobex
/usr/lib/libopenobex-1.0.so.1
/usr/lib/libopenobex-1.0.so.1.0.0
/usr/share/doc/openobex-1.0.1
/usr/share/doc/openobex-1.0.1/AUTHORS
/usr/share/doc/openobex-1.0.1/COPYING
/usr/share/doc/openobex-1.0.1/ChangeLog
/usr/share/doc/openobex-1.0.1/NEWS
/usr/share/doc/openobex-1.0.1/README
-------
I've tested linking:
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root    29 Aug  4 18:37 /usr/lib/libopenobex-1.0.so.0 ->
/usr/lib/libopenobex-1.0.so.1

Q: Is there some way around this? Is the diff. in these lib version all that
big?

3) Compiling latest snap-shot (v 0.82-2) is not succesful (same dep. problem)
BUT the plugins compile!!!
Q: see 4)

4) Compiling latest cvs version works but not the plugins (cvs tree not
populated)
Q: I'm trying to use deamon bin from 3) together with plugin libs from 4) and I
don't see any major complains. From cvs log it seems as if plugin code is
unaltered. Should this work or is this where my problem is (see below)

The symptom of my problem is that when checking the connection from multisync
it occationally work, almost randomly. The cable link is OK because
kmobiletools, t68tool, LEIF etc works fine. After checking connection
succesfully, I end up with "Failed to connect local: Connection error" -
allways. NB other sync pairs WORK.

Is there someone that can guide me to fix this?

TIA

Best Regards
