permission error when syncing with iPaq 3950 on SynCE plugin

Hi!
I've installed SynCE and made sure it syncs with my iPaq 3950 (I
think...)
anyhow, I want it to sync with Evolution,
I followed all the texts i could find but couldn't get it to synce, 
note, I was able to synce Evolution and Backup plugin, but not my iPaq.

I'm using Ubuntu Hoary 5.04 kernel 2.6.10
and the cradle is contected to the usb port

here is the output of multysync when I run it from the console:

the errors marked in red apeared after I chose the SynCE plugin
