   It is great! Thanks for your work!

   However, I can not get it to compile in my Debian machine unless
an additional line of "AC_SUBST(INTLLIBS)" was put into 'configure.in' .

   I am quite happy to see the evolution plug-ins works again(at least
in compilation...). But unfortunately, I still could not get two 
Evolutions be
synchronized through SyncML. The multisync client are terminated
unexpected in all the case without any useful debug message I could ever
get.
