Transforming a part of code to make it translatable ?

Hello.

I was searching for the part which I cannot translate (Edit Groups 
preferences) and I find the part of code which is guilty.

It start in group-prefs-dialog.cc on line 128 until the end of the file.

Too bad I am not speaking c++ fluently. Can you tell me how to make it 
translatable ?
