I believe it's a pretty clear "NO". GNKSA may cover this I'm not sure, but the general feeling is that HTML belongs on the web, not in mail or news, where it's the tool of spammers, malware authors, and aoler types who either don't know or don't care about the security and other implications. -- Duncan - List replies preferred.
