No, you didn't, you said (and I quoted in the context I replied to)...

The first four are subject (1), author (2), date (3), and state (4), 
followed by action (5).  I said you need the action column, which is #5 
on your list, while you only said the first four are selected.

Unless of course you count differently than I do... or maybe you are 
counting from the right, making score first, in which case I guess action 
would be #4...

IOW, you should have *2* icon columns, state and action.
