I entered the info on gitlab, as a comment to PAN issue # 139. The problem seems to occur when downloading a compressed ( .7z ) file. PAN doesn't crash or report an error, but the resulting downloaded file comes in as thousands of small files that PAN cannot reassemble. The data seems to be complete. Thanks for your help.
