There is an open issue regarding updating Pan for Fedora:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2144254

But I'm in doubt if it will be fixed.

You can install a newer version of Pan for Fedora from here:

https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/dgraef/Pan/

At the moment version 0.159 is avaliable. I will update it to 0.160 when 
I will have time.
