Is there an installer for Windows 11?

I started using Pan on Windows XP, then Windows 7, then Windows 
10.  The version on my Win10 PC is 0.144.  But now I'm struggling 
with moving into a new Win11 PC, and none of the previous Windows 
installers I had will run on it.  I seem to recall several times 
reading in the listserve that one or another of you was working on a 
Windows installer, but all I can find online (gitlab et al) seems to 
be various packagings of the source code.

Have any of you seen an installer for a more recent version of Pan 
that might work on Windows 11?
