Hey all... I've been working for quite some time this afternoon trying to get my Treo 650 to sync with Evolution via gnome-pilot. I finally have the Treo appearing as a device at this point. [/dev/pilot] I performed a success manual backup of all the pilot databases using pilot-link [pilot-xfer -p /dev/pilot -b ~/MyPilot] Now... I'm at the point where I'm trying to set things up with gnome-pilot. For some reason, every time gnome-pilot attempts to transfer data to the Treo, it forces a hard reboot of the Treo. My configuration file [/home/john/.gnome2/gnome-pilot.d/gpilotd] is as follows: [General] sync_PC_Id=487771983 progress_stepping=5 num_devices=1 num_pilots=1 [Device0] type=1 name=Cradle2 device=/dev/pilot speed=57600 timeout=2 [Pilot0] name=MyPilot pilotid=1000 creation=0 romversion=0 pilotusername=John Leidel basedir=/home/john/MyPilot john@e521:~/.gnome2/gnome-pilot.d> pwd /home/john/.gnome2/gnome-pilot.d My system details: opensuse 10.1 x86_64 evolution 2.6.0 pilot-link 011.8 gnome-pilot 2.0.13 Any and all help is greatly appreciated. cheers john
