Planner-list no database support on windows version

I downloaded v0.14.2 for Windows from http://winplanner.sourceforge.net/ but
it seems that there is no database support, i.e. no Open/Save from/to
database buttons in the File menu.

Is there any build available for Windows that allows also database
export/import?
