So, what > is their function?. std_rate is the cost of a resource per hour. If a resource has a cost of 250 and he works on a task at 100% for 1 day, it'll cost 2000. This total for the task is also visible in cost column of the task list. ovt_rate (not ovc_rate) is currently not used in the source code, but was meant for overtime cost of a resource.
