Planner xml field additions

Hey Maurice - 

I'm looking at adding a uid attribute to planner tasks, and perhaps a
uuid to the project itself, along with created and updated dates (bug:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=318480).

I've been picking up my work on WebPlanner again lately, and making some
progress.  A unique id would help greatly in uploading project changes
to the database.

What's your view on the timing of changes to the xml format?  I'm just
wondering if you'd like to get a new release cut before we do something
like that.
