Planner for Windows

Hello,

C development is new for me. I have only basic skills in C programming.
But I found some bugs in Planner for Windows. These bugs irritated me.

I tried to remove the bugs in Planner for Windows and created the branch
win in git.

You can see the result of my work in

I would not like to fork the project Gnome Planner. May be it is
possible to merge the branch win with master if I put my changes in
*win32.* files.
