The bulk of GNOME just entered general Freeze in preparation for the
next release and current focus is on the modules that follow that
cycle. Planner does not follow the cycle, so any planner currently has
a lower priority and should be deferred to after the GNOME release.

Once this is done I should be able to review them and do some
additional Planner work.
