Greyed out days are non-working days on the default calendar. These are supposed to be the common ones. If a resource is assigned another calendar, it may have specific non-working days. Those should NOT appear on the month view as they are specific to the resources using this calendar, or you may end up having working days greyed out. -- Alexandre Franke
