[pyblio] NNTP access to the mailing list

Thanks to Sebastian Niehaus, this mailing-list is now mirrored on
Gmane, a NNTP <-> Mail gateway. 

So in short, you can read it by configuring your favorite newsreader
to point to:

   server: news.gmane.org
   group:  gmane.comp.gnome.apps.pybliographer

The gateway uses TMDA to protect email addresses.
