but it does the same whenever I work via pybliographer script, so it
makes it necessary to know in advance what was the sorting scheme of the
original file, which is not always possible, unless the order is simply
preserved by default

Another question:
I couldn't find a way to adjust
#!/usr/bin/env pybliographer
so pybliographer works in a quiet mode, Is it possible to make
pybliographer to check if it is in interactive mode (hasattr(sys,'ps1'))
and if not put in in quiet mode by default?
