Notes tab

I was very excited to see a new tab appear when I
fired up pybliographic 1.2.4 [Python 2.3.4, Gtk
2.4.13, PyGTK 2.4.1] to see that a tab had been added
marked "Notes" to the entry edit box.  But it appears
as just a grey box.  If I click on the "New" button at
the bottom, I get the following error on the console.
