For the first, please see the Settings/Fields menu item. It opens a dialogue where you can 1. create new fields 2. associate them with the first or second notebook page for a type of entry. For the second, it is possible to create a field for such a purpose. Much more could be (and is indeed) envisioned, but as always it will take its time to come :( The current understanding is that adding a folder hierarchy would do the best in terms of user interaction and work needed, but this is only a proposal a.t.m.
