bibtex format - formatting of author field

Hi,

I really like pybliographer and wonder whether it is
possible to select a different way of formatting the
bibtex author field when converting from another
format: Currently we get

{Grange, W.; Maret, M.; Kappler, J.P.}

For the bibstyles I know, something like

{Grange, W. and Maret, M. and Kappler, J. P.}

would be much better
(note the extra space J.P. => J. P.)

python-bibtex does not seem to come with
documentation, so I am asking here.

Thanks,
Stefan
