I haven't used it myself, but have you tried the pyblink program? http://www.pybliographer.org/Members/kota/pyblink-0.4.2 I think that this or the pybtext script should help you with producing an ordered list of references, but if you need to change the actual style of each reference then you will need to write a new style file, as referred to below.
