where is the toolbar?

Hi everybody,
  I have just installed the 1.2.6.2 version, pybliografic looks fine
but I have a problem. I do not get the toolbar like in version 1.2.1.
I did not find any configuration option for it either in menus or
files.
I have compile pybliographer/ic from source on Suse 9.0. 
Any idea?
