url fields are not default

Hi All

using Pybliographic 1.2.6.2, Debian (unstable)

When a Medline is done the resulting pyb db with lots of extra fields not in the 
default fields.  The most notable example is that there is no default URL field, 
though there is in Medline.  So for articles that are on the www, a URL field 
has to be configured to suit the new article.   Many of the references I use are 
to online texts and a thus require a URL field.  Or maybe include URL as a 
separate bibliographic object.  I think LaTeX already has URL as a separate 
bibliographic object....I think....

Having a default URL field or object would be convenient, and make Pybliographic 
even more useful than it is now.
