[wish] @preamble support

I'm sorry to hassle you again with a wish I already posted over a year ago,
but it keeps annoying me ;-)

Pybliographer should support BibTeX's @preamble. This is needed when you are
working with macros or the extremely useful csquotes package. The situation
at the moment is that pybliographer just deletes any @preamble{} entry in the
file.

It could go to the BibTeX settings pane in the preferences dialog. On the long
run, though, I think that it should be document-specific, not general. I also
think that the @string's should be document specific, not general (so that
pybliographer will read the actual @string's from a file, which are currently
just overwritten by the general ones).

Regards and thanks for all your efforts,
Jürgen.
