1.3 started as a way to check out some design ideas, and then it evolved
into a quite useful platform for data conversion.

(BTW, if the person with which we discussed last week on IRC and who was
interested in parsing formatted citations is reading this, I will soon commit
a few classes to parse some fragments like authors, volume, number,...)

I was interested from the beginning at writing a graphical front end,
and experimented a few ideas to overcome the problems of the current
version (improve the testability, allow for a better cross-platform
experience,...) but devoted most of my time to the engine. Contributors
welcome :-)

Be aware that 1.3 won't support BibTeX as 1.2 supports it. It might be
better in some respect (when done, it should be able to cope with @string
definitions for instance), but less flexible in some others (no way to
access the "raw" bibtex for instance). This is the price to pay for lots
of improvements in the global feature set.
