citation does not work

Hello,

the following problem I have: citation from pybliographic does
not work, neither with the delivered styles nor with my own,
independently of the format I use (html, tex...).
For html-output, for instance, I get: (last 3 lines)

   File "/usr/lib/python2.3/urllib.py", line 431, in open_local_file
     return addinfourl(open(localname, 'rb'),
IOError: [Errno 21] Is a directory

Is there any trouble with my python-libs? Has anyone an idea?

I'm using

    Pybliographic 1.2.6.2 [Python 2.3.4, Gtk 2.4.13, PyGTK 2.4.0]

compiled from source on

   Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS release 4 (Nahant)
