Hello all, I have been using pybliographer recently and found it to work very well for inserting citations into lyx and its own medline search. Currently running debian sarge with pybliographer 1.2.3. I seem to be unable to import citations that I generate from a ovid medline search. When I save a file in the "ovid" format pybliographer does not recognize it. Indicating that it should treat it as an ovid file results in it finding the citations but only having title, journal abstract and type fields present. The best I was able to do was to save the file from ovid as a reprint format and import with the medline type. However, most of the fields only appear under extra as medline-xx. Has anyone managed to import citation lists from ovid medline or do you use another tool to convert those files to bibtex.
