A 1.2.90 with a simple db3 substrate is feasible, I suppose. The  
major stumbling block was my failure to build a ListView variant  
suitable for large databases; fortunately, though a bit  
detrimental to my self-esteem, somebody else succeeded here, and  
I will be able to crib from him ;-)

Having a db substrate is useful in iits own right, so it's not  
unwelcome a request.
