importing from a reference manager database

Hello,

as i told you in a previous mail, it is very important to me to work
with my databases.

I was use to reference manager under M$.

In Reference Manager, i can export my database as xml file but not as
bibtex nor pubmed format :(

Is there a tool that could turn the xml file into bib ? 

Does somebody here knows how i could get my reference manager
database ? 
(refman doesn't run under wine for me...)
