Ovid format fixes

Hi all,

the Ovid format is slightly different for different Ovid databases, in 
particular the Sourcefield for References from the Inspec database is 
quite different from the format used by pybliographer, so that the 
journal, volume etc. fields are not populated when loading Inspec files. 
I have created a patch so that ovidfiles using the different formats 
should all work. I also finally got around to setting up arch so I'll be 
able to follow development and maybe get my inspec search patches 
incorporated into the main branch :). I still have to get my head around 
the way arch works, but I'm getting there. The attached file modifies 
Pyblio/Format/
