it compiled and installed without problems with the librecode-dev.

Before compiling I tried to install the debian packages (python-bibtex and 
pybliographer-xxx.deb) and apt told me that these packages needed 
python<<2.4. but perhaps this was a problem which was caused by some other 
missing packages.
