If you mean "pybliographer 1.3.3", it's normal: the 1.3.x series is
split in two, the core library (pybliographer) which comes with
examples but no actual application (it is meant as a framework, not an
end user application), and pybliographic (which uses pybliographer and
provides a GUI)
