It looks like the standard bibtex way is to have a last author called
"others", so your bibtex entry should read

authors = {blah, blah and foo. foo and others}

You should be able to type "others" as the last author. Unfortunately,
I noticed that when reloading such a file, the last author appear as
"others, others". This won't change your file unless you modify the
field, so it's safe while I fix the bug itself.
