Re: Non gnome environment

Found it ....

The gnome trail leads to /etc/alternatives/gnome-www-browser, which was 
set to /usr/bin/galeon, which I don't have.

Changing it to /usr/bin/firefox did the trick.

Thanks ... much ado about nothing, perhaps, but pretty obscure for a 
non-gnome-user.
