What do you intend to do with the file?

What's missing with the current ISI parser is a semantic mapping to
some schema, so that these fields acquire some meaning. It is possible
to use the schema defined in Pyblio/RIP/wok.sip as it is meant for
data coming from the web of science. If you are interested in this, I
can get it started, evt letting you complete if I forget some fields.
