M\"uller doesn't work when the entries themselves are limited by quotes
instead of brackets. I cleaned my old bibtex file with bibclean, and
that uses quotes instead of brackets. I don't know if intermixing these
styles does cause problems, but probably not. So maybe it will be enough
to tell Pybliographer to use brackets in the future.

Nevertheless, it is still possible to use Pybliographer with settings
that disturb bibtex (Use of brackets off, having Umlaute in your
entries). This could confuse users that are not aware of the brackets
option and its consequences.
