You can type in either

Jon Gratch
Stacy Marsella

or

Gratch, Jon
Marsella, Stacy

Internally, the newlines are converted to "and" when you use Bibtex,
which is the way Bibtex separates multiple authors. Which form you use
is a matter of taste, I find the latter more clear, because it doesn't
depend on Bibtex' ability to find fist and last names, especially when
you have authors with more than two names.
