"Save as" medline-pmid preference

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to set a preference in
pybliographer so that the references are saved with the PMID number by
default.

So that when one clicks to "Save" or "Save as", the default name is set
to the desired field, in my case, medline-pmid.

If it is not there yet, where should one be tweaking the code?
