The URL pyblio has used gives the message 'Wrong DB name' upon medline query. The links we have used: query_url = 'http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/utils/pmqty.fcgi' fetch_url = 'http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/utils/pmfetch.fcgi' So, maybe these urls don't work anymore? Does anybody have any information regarding this ussue? I'm afraid we have to change the url (eutils?), and update the code.
