Your question puzzles me, I am afraid. Do you mean : 1. the PMID field should go into the (perhaps) BibTeX representation or 2. the PMID field should become part of the filename? ad 1° : the unique identifier should be saved, if it is not yet the case, I will map it to »sourceid«. Agreed? ad 2° : it is somewhat against the spirit of a database to save each entry in a separate file, isn't it? Thus, if you need that feature, you would have to modify the code yourself. Best would be a new menu entry »save one entry«, I believe.
