The developers of Rhythmbox are (as far as I know) not directly involved
with the packaging for distributions like Fedora. Your best place to go
for support for this issue is with the Fedora developers directly.

You might consider filing a bug on the Fedora bugzilla, see
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_file_a_bug_report
for details on how to do this.
